Delta To Deliver Most Comfortable Coach Seats Ever? |

  I'm looking forward to my trip to Taiwan later this year, but I'm not looking forward to the extended period of time I'll have to spend within the confines of an airplane. Far from being rich, it's not like I can afford a first-class seat for the trans-Pacific flight, so I'll probably be stuck in coach.
The seats in coach are typically pretty small and they're not the most comfortable things in the world, but Delta plans on installing some weird (but better) seats to alleviate this issue. Set for installation on all their Boeing 777 and 767 planes by 2010 are the Thompson Solutions Cozy Suite seats.
As you can tell from the picture, the rows are not perfectly horizontal, taking on more of a staggered configuration that allows you to rest your head on the side. That's much better than having a random stranger use your shoulder as a pillow. These seats are supposed to provide 31-inches of legroom too, although each seat has a fixed backshell. No reclining?
